  • Perform escalation on critical incidents to LOB/Client priority support team, as required by the documentation.
  • Engage in incident management bridge calls with the IOC priority support teams, on-call support application teams, and management.
  • Create and publish an IOC timeline of major operational events during the recovery of critical priority incidents that were escalated by the IOC mainframe staff.

  • Customers can send the files through protocols such as SFTP, FTP-SSL, Connect Direct, AS2, and HTTPS.
  • Backend systems may choose to receive/send the files in one of the same protocols, such as SFTP, FTP-SSL, or Connect Direct.
  • Responsibilities: Creating secure transmission channels over the internet and dedicated circuits like VPN for managed file transfer between JP Morgan Chase and its external customers using various platforms like Mainframes, Tandem Data Express, and STE by Axway.
  • Creation of certificates, PGP, and SSH keys, exchange with the clients, and installation of keys and certificates at the server.
  • Writing new JCLs and modifying existing JCLs to facilitate file transfer on Mainframes, as per customer/backend requirements.
  • Creating and modifying TACL, NDM cards on Tandem to facilitate file transfer on Data Express
  • Certificate Expiry/Renewal Management by informing the expiry to stake holders and arrange the keys and date for renewal, perform the connectivity test for verifying the service restoration
