MindStrength Learning Ecosystem

• I joined back this company in March 2018 to create a new platform for enterprise education users.
• We created a brand new platform (CMS) using React, Tailwind UI and high fidelity designs for helping content creators create the ultra modern content using text, images, and video.
• MLE itself consist of multiple products for serving different purposes of the clients.
• Initiative Hub - To serve the content for learning to Enterprise users.
• Initiative Design Center - To design the content in a structured manner.
• SkyView - To have a sneak peek in users performance like how the users are performing on the platform.
• User Management - To manage users, groups, and assign content to the users.
• Reviewer Tool - To enable content creators to collaborate and review the content their peers have created.

All in all this product has been the biggest project we ever worked on. It also utilizes a machine learning model to analyze a subjective response provided by a user for a question, which internally utilizes the NLP to analyze if the user has given a non relevant or gibberish answer and if he has denied to give any answer for the question. The prompts react accordingly and guides the user for the further journey in his learning.

Volvo Car Configurator

• Volvo car configurator was a web application where you can customize your car components and accessorize it.
• We used React to create this web application and APIs on NodeJS.
• Client Infrastructure was deployed on the Azure cloud.
• I got exposure to Azure cloud during this project tenure/
• Got a chance to work along with the Onsite team in Sweden.
• As a matter of fact I have been learning Swedish since then (2017 June)
• Strengthened communication skills through regular interactions with the onsite team.
• Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships. Still do have friends in the Sweden and do weekend conversations with them sometimes.

Virgin Red

• Virgin Red is a Loyalty and gamification platform to serve customers of various Virgin companies. Customers can browse through a hand-picked selection of exclusive offers from Virgin companies and friends.
• This project gave me first exposure to Google cloud platform.
• I Led UI development initiative as Subject Matter Expert and primary point-of-contact for project management staff overseeing all the developments and project releases.
• We used AngularJS to create a CMS to create content for serving to the mobile Apps.
• Providing support to the content creators and fixing high priority UI/UX issues in a highly agile environment was an experience in itself. The job was pretty demanding.
• Coordinated efficient large-scale software deployments on Google cloud maintaining different environments for SQA, UAT and productions.
• Mentored junior engineers via careful supervision through onboarding process and beyond.

• Lead the initiative in the consultant company (Publicis Sapient) to create mobile apps for -
• Leave Management Workflows, Cab booking, Filling weekly timesheets, Reimbursements of the costs, etc.
• So the company wanted to create a suite of mobile apps for fulfilling employing workflows for their daily needs.
• The company partnered with IBM to use their mobile development tool (IBM Worklight) and I trained a team internally having development skills (HTML, JS, CSS, Jquery) to create apps on IBM Worklight/Phonegap/Cordova.
• The first suite of their mobile apps was build on Jquery mobile around 2 years back and it was slow and buggy.
• we upgraded the apps using new tech stack like Ionic Framework and AngularJS.
• Partnered with project team members to identify and quickly address performance problems in the existing codebase while developing the new applications.
• Developed and trained junior team members by leveraging industry experience to achieve optimal project strategy.
• Set up and managed team meetings.
• Adjusted project plans to account for dynamic targets, staffing changes, and operational specifications.

Projects & Job Responsibilities

• Advised on design, planning and implementation of a Ed-tech product.
• Bootstrapped a product for Digitising the School curriculum for a mobile App and gamifying the learning process.
• Created the backend using new Spring framework (Spring Boot) and Spring ORM.
• Created the CMS to create structured content that can be utilized to serve a mobile app to enhance the learning process of kids.
• Used AngularJS to create the CMS, and built the high fidelity designs provided by designers in Twitter bootstrap.
• Mobile App development was handled by different agency (Development was done in Unity and C#). Played a crucial role by communicating with the agency and providing the support in integrating and updating the APIs as per the changing needs in the Agile environment.

Projects

• I worked for a media and advertising agency and created a Video Advertising platform and Mobile coupon Platform DASHBID. It was a web based self-service platform that allows advertisers to quickly find content that's Viral and relevant to their target audience. It was a first time experience for the team to create a Single page application (SPA) Platform using AngularJS.
• Worked on a migration project which was built on Servlets/JSP/EJB's to new technology stack creating APIs in Spring boot, and UI using AngularJS and bootstrap.
• Worked on creating mobile Apps using IBM Worklight framework for a Credit card banking partner. Initially Worklight was using Jquery to create the UI for mobile, but later on we switched using Ionic framework using AngularJS for the upcoming major releases of the App.
  

Job Responsibilities

• At Paxcel technologies I was given a chance to build a team, which involved training existing workforce for new technology stacks, and interviewing prospects to build a team for creating cutting edge products for the clients.

Projects

• I had played a key role in implementing, maintaining & managing the GE Healthcare Publication engine ECLS (Empolis Content Lifecycle Suite).
• Being the first Job, I was challenged to work on some edge technologies like Google web toolkit (GWT) to create enterprise publishing suite for creation of Medical Devices user manuals.
• GE Jenbancher TestBench Scheduler was a challenging and demanding project as it required the team to get things started and working on a new techstack JSF (Java Server Faces) and a new UI suite to create UI/UX components ( Richfaces ). We created backend and REST APIs utilizing the Spring IOC , and Spring JDBC . It was a exhilarating experience as our team won the annual award for the best team. We got this product developed, tested and shipped before the targeted timeline without any hiccups.
• CHP Calculator (GE Energy) - This was one of a kind project where client had strict timelines and he wanted to convert a excel sheet calculator to a web based application. Client had a preference to use Adobe flex as a SDK. So we had a steep learning curve to learn the ActionScript and MXML to create the SPA . We created the REST APIs using Spring boot and Spring JDBC

Job Responsibilities

• I was part of company's technology group to train and mentor competent and flexible workforce to meet project needs and promote positive work environment.
• Wrote, reviewed and edited technical document in accordance with template requirements.
• Worked closely with UX and product teams to define visual and functional requirements.
• Designed UIs within frontend web frameworks, and introduced the team to use technologies creating Single Page Applications exploiting associated templates and tools to shorten development times.
• Operated in global development environment, working across multiple time zones and cultures.
