• Undertook Civil Litigation pertaining to matters of Wills, Probates, Suits and assisted Senior Lawyers in cases related to Employment and Service Law Arbitrations
• Consistently delivered on drafting, reviewed and negotiated various agreements including contract disputes facility agreements, supply agreements of various PSUs and MNCs
• Spearheaded and minimized risk exposure through case specific legal advice on jurisdictional evidentiary and procedural fairness issue
• Worked extensively in managing voluminous loads of fillings before various Courts including Appellate and Courts with revisionary jurisdiction
• Initiated and led pre-litigation mediations.

• Drafted Joint- Venture Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Sale Deeds
• Prepared Partition Deeds upon extensive reading of Tittle Deeds and due diligence coverage
• Drew up Settlement Agreements, researched extensive on WB Land Reforms Act, West Bengal Municipal Act
• Assisted Seniors in Writ Courts and Land Acquisition.
