Lead – Corporate Social Responsibilities
· Plan, Lead and Implement CSR initiatives in the entity.
· Evaluate/ do due diligence of CSR implementing partners; NGOs; Enterprises etc. recommended, prepare terms and condition etc.
· Provide strategic insights to the CSR team and CSR volunteers to help build and implement the Volunteering based CSR strategy.
· Help ideate with Volunteer on new volunteering initiatives that have deeper impact and better participation to guide and supervise volunteers working in the entity to achieve the desired results of CSR program
· Coordinate with various support functions, business units, and NGOs to make programs successful.
· Ensure that the team manages a calendar of volunteering events around the year, aligned to Corporate Programs. Manage relationships between partner NGOs, Volunteers and Business leaders.
· Carry out data analysis on volunteering and create dashboards and provide insights to key stakeholders.
