• Conducting FAT for the Mechanical equipments like Tank, Pumps, FWU, AHU, PAHU, VAHU etc.
• Conducting SAT and Cx activities aligning with the Cx team.

• Conducting raw material and consumables inspection procured for the wagon fabrication works as per TDS, BOQ, QAP, Technical submittals, Codes and standard.
• Review and witness chemical test, physical test for the raw materials.
• Witness NDT for the railway wagons and reviewing the reports.
• Checking jig and fixtures used for the fabrication works.
• Conducting daily stage wise inspection offered for structure fabrication offered by approved vendors as per Engineering drawings, TDS, BOQ, QAP, Technical submittals, Codes and standard.
• Maintaining records for daily inspection and submitting reports to RDSO Officer (Ministry of railways).
• Maintaining records for daily inspection and submitting reports to Clients and get the approval.

Structure and equipment QA/QC engineer for Raw material Handling Systems ( Fabrication ) - for steel plant and various utility buildings for Tata steel limited.

• Conducting raw material and consumables inspection procured for the fabrication works as per TDS, BOQ, QAP, Technical submittals, Codes and standard.
• Review and witness chemical test, physical test for the raw materials procured by approved vendors.
• Witness NDT for the fabricated structures and reviewing the reports.
• Conducting daily stage wise inspection offered for structure fabrication offered by approved vendors as per Engineering drawings, TDS, BOQ, QAP, Technical submittals, Codes and standard.
• Maintaining records for daily inspection.
• Developing and deploying welders for the vendors by conducting welder qualification test and arrange training session for them, maintain records for the same.
• Developing vendors, preparing and submit the assessment reports for the same based on their performance evaluation.
• Improving the process by enforcing corrective and preventive action implementation based on the NCR and SOR issued, regarding the violations found either at the process or at the product.

Equipment, piping QA/QC In-charge ( Erection, testing and commissioning ) - for various utility buildings like Steel melt shop, Blast furnace, Coke oven battery and By product plant project for Tata steel limited.

• Conducting raw material and consumables inspection procured for the fabrication works as per Engineering drawings, TDS, BOQ, QAP, Technical submittals, Codes and standard.
• Review and witness chemical test, physical test for the raw materials procured by approved vendors.
• Plan and conduct the Radiography testing for the pipeline and reviewing the reports.
• Conducting daily stage wise inspection offered by approved vendors as per Engineering drawings, TDS, BOQ, QAP, Technical submittals, Codes and standard.
• Maintaining records for daily inspection.
• Developing and deploying welders for the vendors by conducting welder qualification test and arrange training session for them, maintain records for the same.
• Conducting testing and commissioning for the equipment and pipelines installed.
