- Message Repair and Rejects: Company performs Manual routing of Incoming swift messages sent to Citibank London which fails Auto Routing, based on the rules set in SWIFT.CNF file loaded on FWO, Manual repair of Incoming / Outgoing GCN messages that fail Straight through Processing, for all GFM EMEA centralized branches.
- Application Testing: Testing Company co-ordinates with GFM Tech for testing activities such as regression test for new Version/release of any messaging application specific to GFM Ops, Version upgrade testing in FWO & SAM applications.
- Broadcasts Services, Messages and Follow-ups: Company generates SWIFT/GCN broadcast messages for the requests sent by the users after performing the required checks, Service messages and follow-ups for Authentication Failures based on reports received.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Company performs the monitoring of various queues in the centralized applications (FWO & SAM) and downloads reports that show messages that missed cut offs for a particular day, messages that were not handled more than 3 days by various teams in the region, messages that were generated by Asia pacific branches & got rejected at SWIFT, calculation of STP levels etc., and send the reports to the clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- AML and KYC and CDD checker: RMA (Relationship Management Authorization) Company maintain the RMA key with other Bank to check all due diligence report. Citi authorised authorization to clients.
