Nodal Officer: In charge of pan India complaint redressal and grievance management for the Bank to ensure timely response to all escalations from aggrieved customer. Report anomalies and incidence to respective departments from time to time to ensure rectification at both product and process level. Review critical complaints for adequacy before representation to Internal Ombudsmen. Span of Control: 82
Regional Head – Corporate Salary: Region covered – West, Book Size: 9100 crore. Acquisition of new Corporate Salary relationship, identifying potential geographies for market share maximization, managing and maintaining high value relationships, monitoring the productivity of the Corporate Salary Managers (CSM), sourcing of retail assets to the tune of 500 crores annually, achieving revenue target of 50 crore, imparting regular product training to Area Heads and CSMs. Span of Control: 450 (7 Area Head, 55 Corporate Salary Manager)
Transaction Banking Services: Heading Region West, Managing the channel of 200 transaction banking officers to drive various products like Current account, CMS, Digital payments, Trade forex and acquiring fresh SME business, integration of payment platform (host to host) with client ERPs, setting up of collections network through RBI approved vendors pan bank level.
Circle and Zonal Business Manager (Priority Banking) – Mumbai Circle: Create and execute plan for acquiring new-to-bank high value customer relationships, leverage network partners and high sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients, allocate annual budget to Branches and PBRMs in alignment to the resource productivity matrix (defined by Distribution Dept at CO), recruit PBRMs and impart product training, design various marketing initiatives to drive sales across the region, incorporate stringent performance monitoring mechanisms to improve the delivery system of PBRMs. Span of Control: 120 PBRMs across 125 Branches in Western Region covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Goa
Branch Head - New Marine Lines: Branch business mix Corporate (incl. Forex and Advances) and Retail, Branch Vintage: 15 years (CASA: 500 crore, Deposits: 4500 crore and Advances: 700 crore).
Branch Head – Andheri East: Branch business mix Corporate (incl. Forex and Advances) and Retail, Branch Vintage: 10 years (CASA: 300 crore, Deposits: 1000 crore and Advances: 500 crore).
Branch Head – J P Road, Andheri West: Spearhead the new branch set up and achieve business target, achieve Branch profitability in less than 18 months, supervise Branch Operations & Sales to achieve business target.
