  • Ensured 100% data accuracy on monthly FTE sheet hygiene that serves as a core input for Employee Vacancy Tracking, Employee Position Mapping, Manpower Planning, Grade Mix Assessment, Promotions Feasibility, and Budget vs Actual Headcount Analysis.
  • Leading Talent Forum (FRC) for the GT function, managing data validation, stakeholder coordination, and backend and frontend execution.
  • Ensuring seamless HR execution during a major organisational restructuring, ensuring 0 escalations, 100% compliance with policies, timely addressing and resolution of employee grievances, alongside delivering high-quality branch-wide employee engagement initiatives such as Branch Conference, R&R, and Quarterly RM Cascade.
  • Supported global HR process transformation to digitise and streamline policies and processes (UNA adoption, Workday Drop 3.5, Transition Triumphs) by driving adoption, creating/improving knowledge resources, designing communication guides, and conducting capability building sessions.
  • Anchored branch-wide employee engagement initiatives such as Shark Tank, ideated and executed for the first time in HUL by the East branch, that encouraged entrepreneurial thinking by a pool of 30+ ASMs to pitch real market challenges and secure funding to bring in innovation; Cultureshop to cascade cultural shifts in Unilever's Ways of Working through roleplays, reflections, and rigorous discussions in MOC meetings; and Eastern Para fostering the idea of working as a team over individual contributions for a pool of 30+ ASMs.
  • Redesigned and governed the SCAW promotion-assessment framework for HUL East Branch's frontline workforce (WL1A/1B), introducing AI-tool-inclusive testing for 49 field force employees, resulting in 16% promotion rate.
  • Led National Project -CD Executive Trainee (ET) Hiring - Led end to end ET program across Customer Marketing, Ecom and QCom, GT functions, driving startegy, selection, onboarding, and induction for 18 ETs from a Talent Pool of 500+ Candidates. Partnered on continuous enhancement to the ET experience and program design to improve onboarding and talent development.
