· Transition Activity: Involved in this transition process for taking the handover of our process from our client and preparing all necessary documents along with SOP creation, attending training and UAT testing for all test scenarios under Order to Cash.

· UAT Testing: Post OQ (Operational Qualification) I have taken an active participation in PQ (Performance Qualification) UAT (User acceptance testing) session to test all the test scenario regarding order to cash in Q-test tool.

· FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis): Successfully provide inputs to prepare FMEA file to rate severity, occurrence, and detection to calculate the RPN (Risk Priority Number) so that we can measure the probable failures in our process in near future and basis of our analysis we can act accordingly.

· Manual Order Creation: Need to create maul order in SAP S4 HANA as per the customer purchase order received via mail and share acknowledgement to customer.

· EDI Orders Monitoring: Need to track and monitor EDI orders form customer and process as per the defined steps and identify failure IDOCs to retrigger from our end.,

· Communication with Logistic Team: Post delivery creation we need to contact with our third-party logistic team for pick pack of the delivery and send advance shipping notification via EDI, and post shipment press the PGI in system and notify us for invoice creation.

· Customer Inquiry Via Mail: Deal with some product inquiry and order status/delivery status inquiry from customer end via mail.

· Reporting: Need to run open order report daily and identify new order which are created via EDI and prepare a plan to execute for next step like delivery and communication with logistic team.

· Trainer: I have given training to my new employees regarding Order to Cash and help them to understand our process and move them into production.
