▪ Currently the ticket creation backend and the kafka producer for ATS platform is giving different ticket number identifier. While caching the ATS appeals data in our database, we can't correlate these two records. ATS scheduler solves this problem to sync the ATS ticket number from ticket backend and update in our cached data received from ATS kafka flow.
▪ We had to migrate approx. 30 millions of historic records from STARS & ETS platform to claims db before going live with our Kafka consumers to consume the latest records. We received CSV files from these platforms, which we can't import as is in the mongo DB. We needed to perform data cleansing and processing before importing each XLS into the mongo DB. We created one scheduler, which consumed each of the CSV files in a batch job and processed the data as per expected format and saved into our mongo database.
▪ Using Claim research ticket, provider can submit an appeal for multiple claims together. Which will save time and improve the user experience.
▪ Secure all the application credentials like clientId, secret, database passwords through password vault from config server. So that only the person having vault access can view/edit those credentials whenever required.
● Office infrastructure management for Cordis Technologies:

▪ Implemented a secure authentication and authorization mechanism for the APIs that are exposed to customers. Customer can do one time registration and create a clientId and secret and subscribe for available APIs in the customer marketplace. They can access these APIs using their client credential securely.
