At Razorpay, she built and fostered 100+ strategic partnerships across Banks & E-commerce players, VCs to drive organizational objectives of increasing the revenue and acquiring new users - that has collectively led to a significant increment of monthly revenue since last three months. Led Partner negotiations and liaised with cross-functional teams for maximizing growth opportunities.
At her previous organization, Reverie Language Technologies - she effectively built the Partnership function and owned the delivery and success with PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Microsoft, Niti Aayog, Umang to take products from R&D to the market at mass.
Also, established government sales vertical by market sizing and revenue projections to raise investments - today it is still the lead revenue generation vertical at Reverie contributing to more than 75% of the total revenue in mid 2019. Reverie got acquired by Reliance in Feb 2019.

She was able to identify and structure alliances that were either non-existent in the ecosystem or were not structured earlier.
As part of the new initiatives, she also developed the following :
• Beta concept of the marketplace for Partners to offer their services and showcase the integration
• Building the Technical Service Provider network for Razorpay so that merchants also have a network of technical assistance for custom build on top of the existing Razorpay Integration.
• Built beta projects for Feet on Street partners enablement, Offline and retail market penetration via partners.
• Managed Checkout alliances for automating the internal processes.
She built partner engagement function and defined types of engagement for Reverie's products and business. She was instrumental in leading strategic partnership discussions and projects with PwC, Microsoft, KPMG, Accenture and over saw the tech engagements for Voice bot with technical system integrators such as IMI mobile.
Her efforts in building partner relations with the System Integrators and Central & State Governments helped position Reverie as a Language Technology Leader in the market.
She helped set up the government vertical by working extensively on the market sizing and building pipeline of government initiatives. She also managed to bag a key project with the Government of Agriculture, India for eNAM (National Agriculture Marketplace) . eNAM was a 5 year long project and was the biggest win for Reverie for the FY 18-19.
