• Designed, developed, tested, and reviewed data conversion programs for SAP to JDE 9.2 migration.
• Led integration with multiple boundary applications, participating in full lifecycle activities from requirements gathering, through design, and end-to-end testing.
• Worked on various enhancements related to Supplier Portal Applications to provide features like buyer notifications, based on custom status flows defined by the business.

Visual Comfort Upgrade JDE 9.2.8.4

• Was involved in upgrading from JDE 9.2.5.5 32-bit to 9.2.8.1, 64-bit architecture.
• Retrofitted over 25 complex JDE standard reports and applications copied from base reports, involving sales order and address book applications.
• Involved in the retrofit planning, as well as the cutover activities.

US Silica (Enhancement JDE 9.2)

• Was onboarded for a short period to deliver enhancements related to Invoice UBEs.
• Designed custom UBEs to print Invoices by Quantity.
• Designed custom cover pages for different customers displaying the invoice summary, which was a manual task before.

OTIS (JDE 9.2 Enhancement)

• Worked on enhancements involving critical customer-facing forms, like invoices, credit memos, etc.
• Worked on complex integrations on Clear Tax for the digital signature of invoices, receiving the Applause Award for exceptional commitment.
• Worked on the automation of retriggering failed RD jobs, saving time and manual intervention.

• Resolved production issues at their root.

• Worked as a Technical Analyst for a period of 1.3 years.
