MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient admission to ward and orientation of the patient to the ward
- Maintenance of good nurse patient relationship
- Nursing assessment and identifying needs for planning to meet those needs, providing comprehensive care to the patients
- Observing, recording and reporting of vital signs, maintain intake and output chart
- Promotion of health and prevention of infection
