• Senior Architect, 2022 - Present, Copilot Virtual Assistant, Worked on the design, architecture and solutioning of the AI Powered Virtual assistant used for collaborating and creating ITSM tickets for users. The copilot talks to the Dynamics Customer Service at the backend. It also automates certain processes like providing access to users to certain customer applications.
