I worked in Supply Chain Domain (SAP IBP) & this was my New Domain Experience in Supply Chain as I thought of exploring Supply Chain as an area of expertise to add more values & exposure to myself.

Therefore- I got into the Training Mode into Supply Chain first and then explored into SAP IBP as an Application into a Non-Functional role.

Next up-I was asked to Mentor the New Joiners into Supply Chain & SAP IBP- which I did till March,2025.

Then I was asked to go thru a Request For Proposal(RFP)- studied the same and made some documentation for the same and shared the same with the Management.

In the Month of April,2025- I was asked to lead a Proof of Concept(PoC)- I did that until-I thought of taking a release because of Personal Reasons.

My Last date with the Project was on 21st May,2025.

Initially- I started with Accessibility Tester as we know in TCS- we do employ around close to 5% employees as a Disabled- who needs to help themselves efficiently without much dependencies- therefore- we used to use different Screen Readers like NVDA, other applications as JAWS, Color Contrast Analyzer and other applications to meet the objectives for disabled population of TCS.

I worked there for around a year and then as there was a vacant position for a role of Program Manager within the unit and I was given an opportunity to fit into the role of the Program Manager and I believe- I managed and built up enough confidence within the unit to develop into the Best Program among different CoE within Ultimatix Unit.

The program was into Test Automation mainly into Functional, Unit & Performance Testing-the program was designed to meet the objectives and the principles which were most sought after to being a Successful Automation Tester.

I was awarded the Best DOJO for a quarter by the TD Team of Utimatix CoE Unit and the Program effectiveness and connects were shared among different CoE's within Ultimatix.

While working with Jardin Motors Group- I was working with Cashiering Department in Accounts Receivable queue- where my job primarily was to allocate cust payments against the invoices which were raised into the account.

The Application which was used was Autoline- mainly used for Automobile Industry.

I was working into Collections Department for a Print Media Section within Fairfax Media Publications and my job was to seek payments from the different publications for the ads which were published under Fairfax Media.

I was into a Soft Collections role- that means-calling different Publications where the payment is outstanding as the ads were already published and also sending emails to them to notify to seek payment from them(Different Publishers).

The application- which I was using was SAP FICO( Functional Role).

I also was into "Mentoring New Associates" who joined our Unit and I have been awarded many a times as Best Associate and other awards from time to time during with stint with Fairfax Media project.

My first project in TCS was into a role of Case Manager where my role was to facilitate NBN to the customers based in Australia.

The Customers back in Australia was using normal Broadband Services and we were approaching those existing customers within Telstra to move to NBN- so that customers speed can be enhanced and thus have a better bandwidth to withhold the connection after doing series of line tests to comply with the same for NBN.

The application which we were using was Siebel CRM & other applications.

I was also into Coaching with new updates which were floated from time to time within the unit.

I have been awarded multiple times during my stay with Telstra Corporation.

I was working into Semi- Tech Support for iPhone troubleshooting queries with Tech Mahindra, Pune.

My job primarily was to resolve any technical queries with

iPhone.

During my stay with IBM in Kolkata- I was into a project with Bell Canada- where my job was to troubleshoot any issued with the receivers for Bell TV and then the project ramped down- I was then asked to move to a new upcoming upcoming project for a client named as Llyods Trustee Savings Bank(LTSB)- a "Giant bank in UK" then- where I was working with Collection queue for the Credit Card division and then the same collections queue were shifted to Bangalore because of "Logistic & Other Issues"-I was asked to join the Team in Bangalore or look for options with in IBM among different Cities..I chose a project baaed in Pune named as Tiscali Group-the project was into Semi- tech Support- where my job was to resolve technical issues for Broadband Support for Tiscali Customers back in UK.

During my stay with Citigroup Global Business Services Ltd- I was employed for a project named as Citibank US Credit Cards division- where my job was to answer any queries about the Credit Cards and then once the queries were resolved-I used to upsell for any products within Citibank for the customers in US.

I was in charge of a Business Club Lounge- it was a Premiere Lounge in the Hotel- where normally- business guests used to visit and we used to offer Buffet Breakfast and Cocktail snacks in the evening.

I used to Head the Lounge- responsible for end- to end taking care of clients.
