  • Capstone Project (BFSI Sales Force Performance Prediction and Prescriptive Analytics)

Overview: Analyze a number of factors to determine the performance of Insurance Agents in the future. Our objective here was to use inputs from 20 variables to predict how agents will perform in the future. Bonus Earned was the performance indicator in this scenario. The insights gained from this analysis would enable the Company to complement the performance of their Insurance Agents by taking appropriate measures. Such measures leading to high, stable sales was the ulterior motive of this project.
