  • Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) has been using legacy billing system ‘Solomon’ for invoicing Clients towards usage of Equifax's business critical ES applications like TCI, TFM, PPay, I9, Onboarding and UC. As Solomon is getting phased out, it is a mandate to integrate these applications with the Equifax global financial tracking and reporting system – 'Atlas'.
  • The project has 4 ES streams aligned loosely with EWS' application teams -TCI (Tax Credit Incentives - WOTC) TFM (Tax Forms Management - W2, ACA / 1095C) and PPay (Paperless Pay / EPayroll) CC (Compliance Center, comprising I-9 and Onboarding) UC (Unemployment Claims)
  • The streams follow 2-week Agile Scrum process while also conducting all Scrum ceremonies such as Story Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review / Demo, Sprint Retrospective and Daily Scrum. Though some of the roles in the Team are aligned more with traditional IT delivery (SDLC) Project roles, it is a team committed goal to be a successful Agile team and leverage / share benefits of the same.
