  • Data-IQ Gen-AI tool for Quality intelligince(Amazon): DataIQ Optimizer is a GenAI implementation built on Amazon-Q using the Nova Premier model that automates data validation, statistical analysis, and multi-level performance tracking across teams, workflows, and individuals. The system features Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities with automated 5 Whys analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis, while processing various data formats up to 3MB to generate comprehensive executive summaries and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) recommendations. The implementation delivers approximately 160 minutes of monthly savings while eliminating standardization issues and cognitive bias. Available through both Amazon-Q and Party-Rock versions, the solution ensures broad accessibility.
  • Top OTT title scrapping through AI(Amazon): FireTV team performs catalog testing for top titles from 12 marketplaces on a monthly basis. Earlier the team used to visit multiple websites (example: IMDB, Netflix etc) to get the data manually and prepare a database for allocation. Implemented internal GenAI tool (AmazonQ & Cedric) and enhanced the prompt engineering to get the data seamlessly from various sources at one go. It leads to a yearly saves of $2000/144hours.
  • Innovate real time productivity tool(Amazon): Earlier for all the workflows associates were supposed to note the individual counts in excel to calculate their real time productivity. With the help of internal automation team we built a python script based calculator which will automatically read the counts processed based on date from various sources like excel, share-point etc and calculate the productivity based on defined AHT. It reduces the effort of manual calculation and preparation of manual reports. It generates a yearly saves of $4500.
  • TNPS improvement(Vodafone India): Net promoter score is a key metric for customer service operations. In a 5 scale rating system we started doing 100% audit on detractors(low scale cases) and categorized the reason as a fish bone structure (i.e People,Process,Product,System,Network). We identified around 80 improvement areas based on that and closed 50 items within a year which leads the improvement of TNPS score from 12 to 27.
  • Golden sampling methodology(TikTok): As a traditional approach auditors used to pick sample from operators' workflow to perform quality check. This process also includes a error-appeal mechanism to recheck the defects marked by auditors. Here I have changed the approach of audit by selecting 100unique transactions to be audited by auditors first and review by SMEs. Then the same 100 sample will be ingested into operators' workflow with other transactions as a mix. As the results are already tagged on those 100 samples so the final outcome based on operators' action considered as quality score. It deprecated the appeal process and saved 480hrs/yearly.
