• Conducting an evaluation of Design Feasibility encompassing on-site inspections, benchmarking of productivity, conceptual layout development, manufacturing viability evaluation, as well as a comprehensive examination of commercial viability (CapEx Estimation, ASR Calculation & NPV Calculation) subsequently culminating in the preparation of gate documentation and concept Design Review presentation .
• Comprehensive Detail Designing including creation of a detailed 3-D CAD model, followed by 2D drafting, subsequently releasing the ECN through PLM.
• Coordination in Parts Development process commencing with the presentation of Design Review and TD (Technical Design Review to suppliers). Often, provided assistance to the SCM team in the procurement of suppliers and ensured a seamless and efficient Parts development process.
• Supporting the Production team in the Prototype Assembly Process, frequently making decisions for required improvisation and implementing countermeasures to ensure the punctual completion of Prototype Production.
• Engaged in the Testing and Validation procedures, conducting Testing DR, finalizing Testing Menus and Criteria, and orchestrating the comprehensive testing process, both in-house and in the field. Additionally, I have executed Countermeasures and Design Corrections and generated Kenkayishoo in response to Testing feedback.
• Supervising Comprehensive Project Management by crafting an Inazuma (Gantt chart), Elaborating upon the Work Breakdown Structure, Articulating the Schedule with a methodical rationale, and Exercising meticulous oversight over the Gantt chart to maintain precise project timeline documentation.

A selection of the projects I have undertaken:

• Validation of the Dameo Economy Series Rock Breaker
• Validation of the Sandvik Premium Series Rock Breaker
• Development of the Indigenous Rock Breaker TRB-210 (TT135), inclusive of numerous field visits, field trial coordination, and productivity analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding and design acknowledgement in various Pattern E Attachments, including OPG, Crusher Bucket, Shear Cutter, VibroRoller, and Bale Handler, among others
• Successful plant fitment of Pattern E Attachments, achieving first-time right fitment even in challenging situations, such as MSTI OPG and Quick Coupler installations
• Feasibility study, detailed design, parts development, assembly, assembly countermeasures, testing, and validation for the End of Life Vehicle Recycler (ELV-R) Project
• Project feasibility assessments for the EX200 Elevated Cabin, ZW225 Side Dump Bucket, and EX215-SLF Parts Commonization.

• Creation of Installation Requirement Models and fixing the Light position as well as the routing route for the Attendance work lighting and Gally Area Lighting using CATIA V5 R21, ENOVIA LCA, IVT and PDM
• Suggesting alternate Ideas for the Lighting as well as the adjacent environment as needed
• Performing Peers Design Checks for other co-engineers
• Providing training for new engineers about execution of this project
• Managing various non-technical aspect of the projects including quality related trackers and leading the innovation team

Project 02

• Plug N Play Electrical routing in Seat Integration Team For Boeing 787
• Creation of Installation Requirement Models using CATIA V5 R21, ENOVIA LCA and IVT
• Suggesting alternate Ideas for the as well as the adjacent environment as needed
• Performing Boeing Technical Design Checks for Installations done by other engineers
• Providing training for new engineers about execution of this project
• Completed training of 2 engineers From Turkey(Virtually)
