  • Contributed to 94% of Print Sales (Anandabazar & Telegraph) and overachieved the on-ground sales (Activation & IP Sponsorship) by 196%, Radio (Friends FM) sales by 181% as well as the special projects sales by 104%
  • I was entrusted with the sole responsibility of leading Pragati- ABP’s largest print integrated 360 degree customized program, which also had performance driven incentive based payment program
  • We completed 75 activations across Bengal with huge multi-media support
  • The personal finance supplement was also launched to support the project
  • A fixed top line revenue of INR 4 Cr & additional 1 Cr on performance basis was generated along with the quality target outflow, which was 35% lower than budget and 300% profit
  • Offering significant 100 days spikes in cover sale of Anandabazar Patrika within one year was a big task
  • Potential days were identified across the year for the editorial team to publish content as per the taste of the new readers, the brand team marketed this content in coordination with the multi-media campaigns, resulting in an enhanced circulation of sales
  • An average growth of 7% in copy sales on Anandabazar Patrika was registered on the targeted days
  • Identifying new sponsor every year ABP’s flagship Durga puja-based brand property was a big challenge
  • I analysed that it was important to create a long-term association with the title sponsor
  • Through a rigorous sales pitch we finalised Parle as our title sponsor and signed 5-year long term deal with annual incremental cost every year
  • The top-line revenue for the property enhanced by 50% in 3 years
  • The deal was further renewed for the next 5 -year term
  • Monetization of the Puja Based Mega Circulation Drive Property (The Telegraph Hand In Hand) was a major concern
  • Top advertisers like Bajaj Consumer, Pantaloon, Garnier, Parle, Skoda, Godrej, Kelloggs, IDFC, Blackberry Mobile, Alkem-Blocal and Birla Sunlife were introduced with customized consumer connect activity across 100 housing societies of Kolkata
  • As a result, the property started generating revenue worth over INR 50 Lacs/P.A
