• Responsible for the in-house plant's sole planning.
• Preparation and publishing of the monthly sole plan.
• Scheduling the sole plan by prioritizing the upper status and forecasting, so as to enhance matching at the plant level.
• Maintaining the daily sole tracker with various highlights, such as adherence, deviation, channel, and SKU-wise analytics, etc.
• Order forecasting of different operations, like EVA, Hot & Cold, Stockfit, etc. Get the capacity check for the various tools.
• Responsible for providing new product development sole within the pre-defined timelines to meet the development demand.
• Frequent visits and meet-ups at the Sole plant for better communication and feasibility.
• Slob liquidation on a monthly basis: sole utilization data for the inventory at the plant level to elaborate the consumption plan through the annual quarters.

• Initial SOP’s to follow at the time of new order from the customer
• Indulged with the production floor for the quality related discussions and resolutions.
• Get involved with the Quality Team and have random checks for the intermittent and final goods.
• Daily basis transfer plan ( STB ) of upper with matching sole for the stock-fitting unit and also the dispatch plan for Flip flop orders
• Maintaining the DPR for different footwear category orders
• Daily basis report making for keeping the track of achieved production output against the plan to get the Deviations out of it
• Coordinating with the production to meet the overall order timelines of window.
• Dealing with the customer (PUMA) for order related queries
• Working over the Brand Portal .i.e., GTNEXUS for ASN, LCHD, PO confirmation.

• To coordinate with the buyers of Dmart, Eeken ( Paragon) Vishal Megamart and Relaxo.
• To coordinate with the In-house Development team for the new product developments as well as the existing article upgradation.
• Proceeding the new developments to the final article launching stage mainly in fabrication and hawaii footwear categories
• Proper material tracking for the upcoming production plan
• Managing the on-time deliveries including the planned shipments, proper execution of the same
• Responsible for the ASN Booking
• Managing the check-points related to the dispatch schedule of the shipment so as to achieve maximum accuracy desired by the brand
• Coordinating the transport for the schedule deliveries, tracking of vehicles to achieve the appointment date/time
• Performing the self inspection for the intermediate and finished goods
• Real time decision making ability with proper communication between brands
• Indulge with various footwear categories like Injection moulding shoes and fully EVA slippers, stuck-on operated shoes and sandals, flip-flop (stitched fabricated & Non stitched Hawaii ) etc

• Responsible for Production planning ( fabrication Slippers).
• Performing the Random checks for the In-line production as well as the final product.
• Get involved with the Quality AQL sessions performed by the customer's Quality Inspector.
• Getting the comments noted ( of the quality flaws ) from the Quality Inspector and take the necessary steps for the correction prospects.
• Regular track of material in stock as per production needs.
• Managing the daily production progress report.
• Regular track of the Manpower corresponding to the daily production output.

Proper coordination with buyers of Paragon, Relaxo etc.

Responsible for the on-time deliveries of the orders, consequently customer’s satisfaction.

Proper material tracking for the upcoming production plan.

Proceeding the new developments to the final article launching stage mainly in fabrication and hawai footwear categories.

• Proper understanding in manufacturing of Ammonia by learning a series of unit operations and unit processes
• Maintaining the proper temperature and pressure condition parameters required in chemical reactors for the reaction completion
• Brief study of boilers, heat exchangers, catalytic bed reactors, combustion chamber and their behavior under different temperature pressure conditions.
• Worked with team members to refine task workflows for greater productivity.

• Responsible for providing a proper filter against the Raw material to be used in the production, by performing series of chemical tests
• To perform routine tests of finished goods for process check.
• Getting involved with the regular Hit & Trials for the R&D purpose.
