I shared our comprehensive Dynatrace selection methodology, encompassing cost, setup, onboarding, vendor vision, and roadmapping criteria, offering insights into evolving Application Performance Monitoring (APM). Through close collaboration with client service teams (CSTs), I conducted platform trials, developing a Lambda-based sample application in my personal AWS account to adhere to security standards. Organizing stakeholder Q&A sessions and creating a visual tool comparison in Miro, I spearheaded the development of a scoreboard assessing tools against the client's criteria, resulting in CSTs identifying APM evaluation criteria within 14 days and significantly accelerating hands-on trials to 14 days from the standard 45-60 days. The impactful outcome included key improvement recommendations for vendors and a streamlined evaluation process
  • I made architectural decisions, leveraging expertise in AWS, Linux, Terraform, and other areas, to seamlessly integrate this solution with a focus on security. I crafted an architecture diagram for optimal Active Gate integration, maximizing features and minimizing technical debt. I obtained leadership approval through an ADR and consistently gathered feedback from team members and managers to align our approach. Addressing challenges such as AWS monitoring loss and AG cost optimization
  • Work with Security team hand in hand to make sure there is no vulnerability in terms of adopting the tool in firm and remediate all the open security threats along with vendor
