1)Spare part catalogue preparation as per product wise.
2)Spare part costing according to product BOM wise and modify on time if any changes is required.
3)Tracking of ERP billing works and also following up with concern department against the raised Dealer spare part order.
4) Tacking action on immediate basis according to the received spare parts requirements order from dealer’s side on daily basis.
5) Receive the order from the Customers, CO-ordinate with the dealers, Forwarders, internal logistics department.
6) Execute the orders in timely manner to hit the on timely delivery.
7) Documentation record Keeping and Maintain compliance on part of statutory needs in dispatch department.
8) Control mentor the manpower working in dispatch department.
9) Ensure physical Stock Verification by monthly/Quarterly.
10) Maintain the Stock as per Season and Service and wear &tear items wise.
11) Maintain the Branding work – Packing box, Branding Tape, MRP stickers.
1) Material purchasing by through purchase department on time as per PPC requirement
2) Proper accounting of Spare Parts/ Inventory in SAP System
3) Tracking of VOR, Accidental requirement and also ensuring to releasing the parts timely
4) Responsible for timely generate PO against VOR/sale/Accidental Cases
5) Preparing the received and dispatched order MIS reports on a monthly basis
6) Make / maintain the spare part costing as per market material price updating for sale purpose at dealer / disturbers and also share the updated price list accordingly
7) Handling all IN/OUT ward material Processes
8) Spare part payment follows up with all dealers and also new spare parts requirements
9) Tracking of SAP billing works and also following up with concern department against the raised purchase orders
10)Tacking action on immediate basis according to the received spare parts requirements order from dealer’s side on daily basis.
11) Receive the order from the Customers, CO-ordinate with the dealers, Forwarders, internal logistics department.
12) Execute the orders in timely manner to hit the on timely delivery
13) Documentation record Keeping.
14) Maintain compliance on part of statutory needs in dispatch department
15) Control mentor the manpower working in dispatch department
16) Ensure physical Stock Verification by monthly/Quarterly
Analysis and reorder point selection for serviceable parts and minimizing Dead / non-moving parts
17) Responsible for receiving & physical verification of incoming goods, Preparation of GRN as per actual receipt of Ok material
18) Responsible for daily Bin Card Updating and ensure parts are kept in pre-Defined locations for easy & faster picking of spare parts
19) Managing manpower job allocation in shift & guiding them to accomplish the required task.
1) Spare Parts forecasting / planning, timely ordering of parts from supplier or warehouse.
2) Proper accounting of Spare Parts/ Inventory in SAP and Responsible for operating a Spare Parts Outlet for AMC or Non AMC Depot's & Tarmac customers.
3) Local Purchasing/Procurement of Part' for fulfill costumer Requirement in case of Non Availability of Parts in SPD.
4)Tracking VOR, Accidental & Scheduled orders and ensuring timely delivery.
5)Responsible for timely generate PO against VOR/sale/Accidental Cases.
6) Receive the order from the Customers, CO-ordinate with the customers, Forwarders, internal logistics plant .
7) Execute the orders in timely manner to hit the on timely delivery and documentation record Keeping. Maintain compliance on part of statutory needs in dispatch department.
8) Control mentor the manpower working in dispatch department. Acquire data from SAP or SPD consumptions sources and maintain Score Card & data System.
9)Handling all the billing for AMC or Non AMC Depot’s, Retails & Tarmac Customer.
10) Ensure physical Stock Verification by monthly/Quarterly.
11)ABC analysis and reorder point selection for serviceable parts and minimizing Dead / non-moving parts.
12) Responsible for receiving & physical verification of incoming goods, Preparation of GRN as per actual receipt of Ok material.
13) Responsible for daily Bin Card Updating and ensure parts are kept in pre-Defined locations for easy & faster picking of spare parts.
14) Managing manpower job allocation in shift & guiding them to accomplish the required task.
15) Maintaining warranty recovery parts in SAP stock.
16) Maintaining Warranty Part (not Recover or Recover) data in SAP stock.
17) Failed part received customer end & properly tagging and failed part clime our vendors to daily basic.
18) Preservation and Tagging/documentation of all failure parts/equipment (Under Warranty).
19) Timely sending of failed parts to the supplier and plant team for the purpose of analysis.
20) Sending of failed parts to the service center/Plant/Supplier/Quality Dept. on time under warranty repair
