- Defining the technical RFQ for the product.
- Preparation & approval of product offer drawing for new project requirement & supplier drawing approval.
- New product technical feasibility study, DFMEA, design review, DVP/CTR, etc.
- Establishing, planning and running the engineering sub system meetings to ensure appropriate cross-functional representation and input from all relevant areas.
- Develop system design specifications incorporating engineering standards, test procedures and material specifications.
- Management of supplier to ensure system/component delivery to vehicle program timing and attribute targets.
- DMU Packaging & releasing starter Motor, Fuel Level Sensor, Switches and Audible Warning System for all Bus/Truck/SCV Projects with IFD in PLM (Team Center).
- Lead the resolution of design, attribute or packaging incompatibilities through the appropriate Cross-Functional Meetings.
- Functional Fitment Trial on vehicle along with supplier & quality team.
- Develop and maintain the Design validation plan (DVP) including both in-house and supplier testing plan and ensure signoff tests are completed on schedule.

- Lead Failure Mode Avoidance activities including DFMEA, quality history reviews and DFA/DFM reviews.
