· Enabling SBG Commercial and management team to take suitable actions. Instituting robust budgetary controls, variance analysis and monthly reporting on key balance sheet items, P&L and cash flow movements with ageing analysis, reconciliations and cause / effect vis a vis control budgets.

· Partnering with the SBG CTC teams to ensure ITD cost reconciliations, incorporation in CTC and other budgetary reconciliations are carried out in accordance with established guidelines.

Collaboration with the SBG /Corporate Tax Teams, consultants for Direct and Indirect Tax planning, collections and optimizing effective tax rates for corporate, SPVs and JVs

Job Responsibility

Financial Planning & Analysis-

· Budgeting: Revenue & Expenses for the of Financial Year

· Forecasting: Revenue & Expenses for the month

· Planning: Accrual & deferred entries at the end of each financial month.

· Month end entries: Ensure adjusting entries (Re-class entries / Cross Charges)

· Preparation of revenue statement (Apps & ITO) based on Actual hits (Cost & Revenue)

· Variance Analysis

· Coordinating – Accounts business Manager & Accounts Executive to convey financial positions.

· Confirmation of balance sheet items to Leaders at each month end and quarter end.

· Maintain KPI data for the team, handling client escalations.

Fixed Asset reporting Capitalization asset, Depreciation recognition, Balance sheet review

Month end close & MIS reporting:

· Monitoring periodic revenue and expenses sources.

· Tracking recurring and non-recurring POs and ensure its proper accounting.

· Monitoring month end entries (Accrual, Deferrals, Accrual reversals, Reclass entries)

· Preparation of customer base, direct cost and indirect cost tables

· Preparation of financial statement and consolidations

· Derivation of Net service revenue and EBITDA for the project & its ratios.
