• Visit to bucket case to identify reason and recovery pending money
• Ensuring documented feedback and action taken on all cases in soft buckets
• Immediate checking the report of ‘Associates’ & make feedback
• Over all look after own unit base team as per guideline.
• Trainings –ALL- First / Refresher/ 2nd refresher / 3rd refresher

• Reconciled company accounts for credit cards, employee expenses, and commissions
