• Led a team of seven developers to successfully migrate enterprise data workloads from Greenplum and Talend to Databricks for GE Vernova, ensuring on-time delivery of all project milestones and earning stakeholder recognition for execution excellence.
• Migrated over 200 Systems of Truth (SOTs) to the Gold layer and implemented ingestion pipelines for SAP, SFDC, and BOOMI data sources, improving data availability and reliability.
• Optimized data processing pipelines, reducing runtime by over 10 hours per day,resulting in significant improvements in platform efficiency and operational throughput.

Project: Barnes Aerospace

• Designed and built a scalable Databricks-based data platform for Barnes Aerospace,
• Architected and implemented a metadata-driven, scalable ingestion framework using Azure Data Factory (ADF), onboarding 15+ ERP,CRM & API systems and ingesting 1,000+ tables in a standardised and governed manner.
• Reduced time-to-onboard new source systems to 4 days and time-to-deliver new BI reports to 2 days, enabling faster business insights and contributing to $1.4M in cost savings through improved data-driven decision-making.
• Build a reconciliation framework to validate data across different layers.
