• Working on Czochralski (CZ) method is a crystal growth technology and Working on Wet Line.
• Working on wire saw machine, a specialized machine for diamond wires slicing of semiconductor wafers.
• Electrical maintenance of electrical equipment's such as VFD, Servo Drives, Stepper Drive, PLC troubleshooting, RLC logic, Sensors, Encoder, RTD, Thermocouple, DOL Starter, RDOL Starter, motors, Relay, Timer
• Hands on Experience on maintenance for Process control equipment's mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system- such as Flow Control valve, Pressure Control Valve , direction Control valve, Cylinders, Hydraulic Pumps.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Commissioning & Installation of Monocrystalline silicon puller (ATW & JSG) and Texturing.
• Perform shift activities as per operational requirement and solve machine breakdown during shift and preparation checklist for maintenance activities
• Responsibility for safety of self and subordinate during shift and following all established safety SOPs and managing and supervising manpower and technical staff in shift.
• Ensure all maintenance activities [preventive, corrective, Breakdown] are completed in timely as per industrial standard and mange spare parts management.
• Regular inspection of the log data, preparing maintenance data and ensuring timely closure of all open complainants with regular follow-ups. Maintaining all machine data like MTBF, MTTR, History Card.
• Oversee the Maintenance, repair and optimization machinery used in Ingot and wafer production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and support in troubleshooting complex machinery issues and focus on cycle time improvement of the machine.
• Poke-Yoke many types of improvement and development in machine for safety participate in Kaizen activity.
• Experience of handling Chemicals used in wet line.

• PLC: Basic of PLC, developing program using RS Logix 500 on Allen Bradley PLC - Micro Logix & LAD series
• Program development with Simatic Manager on Siemens PLC (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 Series), Practice assignments on industrial application of plc
• Using demo board, control system, Interlocking & I/O list
• HMI/SCADA: Application Siemens - WinCC software
• Process Instrumentation: Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow and Proximity sensors, basic of PID controller and control valves.
• Motor/Drive: Induction Motors, DOL & Star - Delta Starters, Panel wiring
