• 1. Create Purchase Order of Optical Goods and Hearing goods.
• 2. Verify suppliers' bill with purchase order.
• 3. Create Goods Receipt Note as per Order.
• 4. Send the supplier’s bill to Account department for payment.
• 5. Maintain monthly and daily wise sale data and report to the Senior.
• 6. And also record the daily cash collection.

PMJAY( Credit Cell)

• Give credit balance to the pmjay paitents as per blocking.
• Clear credit settlement.
• Daily maintained paitents' details like name , mobile no., reg. id, discharge and claim amount.
• And also record claim amount received per paitent to hospital account.

• Manage all accounting transaction(Sales, Receipt, Payment, Purchase).

• Maintaining accounts payable and receivable and reconcile.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annually closing.

• Record all company's expenses.

• Involving team activities.

• Give training to the new joiners
