• Led the construction and casting of STB, RC Track Bed, and RC Anchors, maintaining stringent quality control and safety standards throughout execution.
• Supervised & successfully managed end-to-end STB, RC Track Bed, and RC Anchor construction activities, ensuring precision, quality assurance, and compliance with high-speed rail project requirements.
• Coordinated with Japanese suppliers and project stakeholders to secure timely procurement and delivery of turnouts and track materials, aligning with project schedules.
• Managed receiving, inspection, stacking, and shifting of turnout materials to installation locations, ensuring traceability and zero damage during transportation and storage.
• Successfully delivered Ballasted and Ballast less Turnout & Track installations with safety and zero quality deviations, ensuring compliance with high-speed rail technical specifications.
• Coordinated closely with Survey, QA/QC, and Client teams to ensure accurate track installation, compliance with approved specifications, timely inspections, and successful execution of trackwork activities.
• Documented and managed progress reports, inspections, and quality records to facilitate project execution, audits, and approvals from Japanese clients.
• Assisted in testing, final inspections, RFI submissions, measurement verification, client approvals, and billing processes, ensuring smooth handover and successful project closure.

PROJECT :DEDICATED FREIGHT CORRIDOR PROJECT (DELHI-MUMBAI):

• Planned and estimated track materials for deployment at construction sites and railway yards, ensuring timely availability and optimal utilization.
• Executed and supervised the installation of 65 turnouts, including 1 in 12 turnouts, 1 in 8.5 turnouts, and derailing switches in yard areas.
• Verified formation bed levels and coordinated the handover of 140 km of formation from the civil team for ballast placement and track construction activities.
• Planned and executed 250 km of new track laying, including 35 km by manual methods and 215 km using New Track Construction (NTC) Machines.
• Supervised 78 km of Flash Butt Welding (FBW) and track de-stressing activities in compliance with railway standards.
• Managed and monitored 200 Alumino-Thermic (AT) Welds, including dimensional inspections and USFD verification.
• Planned and supervised track and turnout tamping operations using UNIMAT, DUOMAT, and Continuous Measuring System (CMS) Machines.
• Conducted quality checks for sleeper density, sleeper spacing, track alignment, superelevation, versine, and turnout geometry.
• Successfully handover 48 turnouts to DFCCIL after completion and quality compliance verification.
• Coordinated with ballast quarries and logistics teams for the receipt and supply of 500,000 MT of ballast for track construction works.
• Supervised ballast stacking, sampling, and testing activities for 500,000 MT of ballast at formation and stockyard locations.
• Managed loading and unloading operations of ballast using BOBYN/ballast hoppers, including 70,000 m³ in open sections and 20,000 m³ under traffic block conditions.
• Planned and supervised the installation of Channel Sleepers on steel bridges.
• Executed guard rail installation works on Major Bridges (MJB), Important Bridges (IMB), and Road Over Bridges (ROB).
• Supervised ballast boxing, track dressing, profiling, signage installation, and final track finishing works for successful handover and commissioning.
