- I have been working as Analyst for HCL Technologies Ltd. In my tenure with HCL, I have been managing network Infrastructure projects of AMESA,APAC & Europe sector for PepsiCo by collaborating with vendor companies such as British Telecom, SK Broadband and Tata Communications, to get network related services delivered for PepsiCo Inc.
- We validate the High Level Design,Bill of material ,Low Level Design ,Network Script along with that we handles the Change management process in Service now.
- We interact directly with customer to understand their network request and work with vendor to plan roadmap for getting the request fulfilled within the defined SLA.
- We conduct weekly review call with customer & vendor to check the status of the Business As Usual Service reqest.
- We present our design and proposal of the implementation approved from Technical review board of PepsiCo and get the design reviewed from the Global engineering team to ensure that the design is as per customer standard
- I have worked on the project like Bandwidth upgrade of MPLs & IPSEC link, SDWAN migration , Wireless Controller Installation ,Wireless access point installation,Palo-Alto Firewall installation, NSG rule added to VNET of Azure cloud firewall, Pre deployment & Post Deployment wireless survey report,VLAN creation & IP subnet allocation to that particular VLAN, Access switch & Core Switch installation and Wireless setup of New site for PepsiCo.
