In addition to managing day-to-day operations and automation tasks within the CredPro application, I am also deeply involved in managing system enhancements, patching activities, and ensuring security compliance. I play an integral role in the deployment process, ensuring that any new features or fixes are smoothly moved to production. I also handle the VAPT and Penetration Testing (PT) remediation, addressing security concerns and working with cross-functional teams to resolve vulnerabilities.

• System Enhancements & Production Deployment: Responsible for managing new feature enhancements and ensuring that they are thoroughly tested and deployed to production. I collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact, test thoroughly, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Patching and Updates: Manage patching activities for the CredPro application, ensuring that the system is up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates to maintain stability and compliance.
• VAPT & Penetration Testing Remediation: After VAPT and PT assessments, I lead efforts to address and resolve any identified vulnerabilities, ensuring that the application remains secure and compliant with industry standards.
• CAB Presentations: Present critical system changes and updates to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) before deployment. This includes providing technical details, risk assessments, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
• Audit Support & Compliance: Actively participate in audits, particularly RBI audits. I ensure that the required documentation and processes are in place and provide detailed explanations to auditors about the system’s compliance, security posture, and handling of financial data.
• Successful Production Deployments: Successfully managed the deployment of system enhancements and critical patches to production with minimal disruption to services.
• Security Compliance: Led the remediation of vulnerabilities identified during VAPT and PT assessments, improving the system's security and compliance standing.
