As a NSS volunteer i engaged with senior citizens of an old age Enclave located in Coimbatore.

Objective: To Provide educational support, guidance, or tutoring services to older adults, often seniors, who wish to learn new skills, improve existing ones, or engage in lifelong learning. This type of tutoring helped older adults stay mentally active, boost their confidence, and enhance their quality of life.

Volunteered as a young farmer in a rural area (Naryanachettipalayam) - Coimbatore district.

Objective: To spread awareness on modern technology in agriculture and advanced farming among farmers such as:

• Advantages and evolution of technology in agriculture
• Monitoring and managing field operations
• Accurate soil sampling
• Yield mapping
• Navigating and controlling of agricultural machinery

1. Assist with administering medications and vaccines to the goats as directed by the farm manager or veterinarian. Ensure accurate dosages and maintain detailed records of treatments.

2.Conduct regular wellness checks on the goats, monitoring their overall health, and promptly reporting any signs of illness or injury

3.Learn about and assist with the formulation and preparation of goat diets.

• Conducting tests on raw milk before approving it for processing.
• Testing milk through senses like smell and taste.
• Collecting samples of milk from different places (and cattle) and running tests.
• Looking for any degradation of quality while processing.
• Conducted experiments in such problems as preventing a bacterial increase in milk during handling and processing, improving pasteurization methods and designing better packaging materials, dairy equipment, or supplies.
• Specialized according to the product, as ice cream or cheese, or according to functional activity, as sanitation research or storage problems.

• Monitored / processed coconut husks to extraction of coir fibre
• Engaged in tasks like sorting, cleaning and bundling fibers
• Ensuring product quality and safety standard
• Monitoring production schedule and optimized efficiency
• Collaborated with product development team to analyses or invent various new products from coir
