• The purpose of the project is to provide multifactor authentication and authorization middleware and transaction signing services to Deutsche Bank users

• Delivered prompt, high-quality & courteous, timely responses/support across all support channels (email, chat, slack, video)
• Utilize internal documentation and develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively handle general inquiries, integrations, API issues, and other technical troubleshooting for Deutsche bank
• Stay updated on product developments, policy changes, known issues, user feedback, and a comprehensive understanding of the compliance domain and supported integrations
• Implemented disaster recovery plans and procedures, significantly reducing potential data loss in emergency situations.
