• Designed and scaled a workflow-orchestrated backend platform using Node.js, TypeScript, and Temporal to automate long-running transactions across SAP gERP, ITSM, MS4, and S4 systems

• Developed a backend integration service using Node.js, TypeScript, Express, and Temporal to orchestrate catalog workflows between HP2B and ITSM/DMS systems
• Built a backend integration service orchestrating catalog workflows across HP2B, gERP/TMC, and ITSM/DMS systems using Temporal for async, long-running processing with retries and pagination
