Doing QC on the torn and untraceable shipments tracing those shipments by the overall available data in facility and Dashboard of the PST and Tracing B2B Shipment with help of Security and CCTV footage. In the Facility there are 2 Rejection area where we received Damaged and untraceable shipments which we have the managing with our Executive.
Escalating the mails to Customer Service, First Mile and the Last mile teams for the cases of the regarding Customer's Escalations, Damaged shipments, Short Received , Self Pick-up, Unlabelled shipments, Document Issue, E-WBN Expired, Finance Hold, Client Hold, Weight Capture Hold and Shipment Missing cases.
Working As PST Associate coordination with Operation Team for Any the any kind of issue like 1. Shipments are not missing on the floor 2. While adding shipments in the facing issue of the E-WBN Expired and Document related issue.
Every weekly sharing the performance data with the team and sharing shift end report the facility management, sharing B2B >24 hours shipments RCA on the everyday to available SM's or Manager's and CT Team, updating G-sheet on for the cases of Damaged and Missing shipments for quick time closure.
Giving RCA for the Controllable and Uncontrollable >48 Hours B2B, B2BC, B2BR, B2BRH,E2E , Amazon B2B Francs shipments.
The cases of B2C and C2C shipments prioritize as per shipment PDD and connection time. Targeting the all shipments Outbound and Inbound TPT it be high overall the shift Hrs.
The Major work is >48 Hrs Ageing count should be the under 300 Shipments and we have maintained the same , taking review with team on the shift end for the floor issue and overall the ageing data.
Managing total 09 manpower team over the shift 03 - GC and 06 - Executive. Allocating Executive on the Floor issue, Ageing shipments, Damaged shipments, Connection shipments as per PDD wise and Ageing shipment.
Direct Delivery cases which shipments weight is >100 kg and the DC team is unable to received and unload the heavy shipment so we are taking follow up with CS and Clients team for arranging Direct Delivery from the Hub to Client or Customer location.
Closing POD (Proof of Delivery) on the within >48 Hrs from the Dispatch time, Once POD received we are generating waybills and connecting these POD to POD Sale - Bengaluru.
