· As admin, responsible for installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, decommissioning, change, incident, problem management, deployment of applications and changes in the Non-Prod & Prod environments and ensuring support for all needs in global.
· Work closely with software developers and QA Engineers for the defects and releases.
Monitoring the server health checkup & performance. Troubleshoot the application issues by working with customers, vendors, and QC and development teams.

Concur Application (11/2020 - 07/2023)
Worked on SAP Concur where we manage all employees’ travel & expense related data at an organizational level.
Global Finance applications (11/2020 - 07/2023)
1.Worked on finance applications such as Tagetik, Reval, Getpaid is SAAS application, user creation & access. Explaining management procedures for testing and release, describe the process Functional/technical environment of the application, and provide the necessary guidance to maintain/support the application.
2. As admin we create users in repositories, grant, modify & remove user access rights in both prod & test environment. Password resets. Handling any issues related to application.
3. Restart of the server & services. Experience of solution deployment activities, upgrading & installing the latest version of the services.
Product Information Management (11/2020 - 07/2023)
(PIM) is a repository for all product & item details. All business details such as product is stored, maintained and managed by this application.

Being an Incident Management Co-Ordinator Handling account management activity and ensure that the process complies with agreed policy. Account Management contains the following:
1. New Hire Onboarding Requests
2. Offboarding Requests
3. Active Directory Account Management (Creation/Disable/Modification)
4. Security Group Management (Creation/Disable/Modification)
Activities:
1. To check whether the Onboarding Request has been accepted by Service Desk.
