The role involves being a Technical point of contact and engagement, as well as end to end responsible for the delivery process for a key customer are as follows:

• Product Demonstration: Demonstrated various products and explained features to customers.
• Requirement gathering and analysis. Engaged customers to discuss business needs.
• Involved in creating documentation like Project Plan for the Implementation, Deployment kit, Scope of work Document, Application Instruction Documents, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related documents and User Manuals, etc.
• Project Planning: Based on the requirement collection the project plan preparation and team allocation.
• Client Communication: Interacting with clients for the Project plan approval and sign-off.
• Attended meetings on the design logic and required components for the project.
• Application deployment: Product deployment, system configuration.
• Application Testing: Performing user acceptance testing, Identifying issues and documenting defects, initiating processes to keep projects on track.
• Educated prospects on product implementation and usage and answered technical and security level questions.
• Worked with technical staff on the system to execute implementations on time and within functional parameters. And recommended changes and corrections to developers for optimal software performance and usability.
• Technical account management responsibilities like managing client relationships, working with Product, and QA to ensure customer success by timely resolution of customer issues.
• Customer support - Engaged in high-level (Level 3) support for customers requiring routine support and troubleshooting and responding to internal/customer tickets (Jira).
• Providing on-site or remote training on the product.
• The aptitude for working on multiple projects in parallel.
• Worked cross-functionally within organization and external partners, integrators, and vendors.

• Database Server Configuration: The configuration of the database server i.e., Creation of Database, Backup of Database, Restoration of Database.
• Team Co-ordination: Internal communication for Implementation.
• IIS Server Configuration: Creating the website configuring the same with permissions.
• IIS Server Configuration: Creation of Application Pool, Domain name mapping, Web server Creation and configuration.
• Client Instance Creation based on client requirements.
• Deployment of Patches/Executable files.
• Product Support: Providing support on the new tool post-implementation.
• Functionality Testing: testing the new functionality and changes in the tool and communicating same to the development team for bug fixation.
• Product Demonstration: The new functionalities deployed or the changes in the tool will be demonstrated to the clients.
• Used Microsoft Word and other software tools to create documents and other communications.
• Supported customers via telephone, email, and at sites to handle escalations and product concerns.
• Assisted clients with monitoring all software implementation lifecycles.
