• My work involved working with the job portals like LINKEDIN, GET WORK, INTERNSHALA, WELL FOUND, APNA, HIRECT, LINKEDIN RECRUITER, INDEED, JOBS FOR HER, SNAP HUNT. Along side I have also taken up the interviews for both interns and full timers / Fresher candidates and experienced candidates.
• I have also conducted a walk in drive for the interns which was a success and developed my management skills with this.
• Worked closely with hiring platforms associates in order to get relevant profiles for the required openings.
• Had a healthy communications and work place experience with all the departments and explored the fields available.

• As a Hr executive , I have worked on developing skills of recruitment via , assigning interviews and taking up interviews as well. Being a part of the organisation I have also recruited for Bigbros digital Media and The Rutendo. I made Sure to upskill my self in Hr Operations and management as well.

As a human resource intern i have explored my ability to communicate with people around across the social media. i have also learnt time management and to organizing things accordingly.
