Hiring:
1) Partnering with business to plan & understand hiring requirement
2) Responsible for maintaining and reviewing the recruitment status report.
On-Board formalities & Induction:
1) Plan, Design, Organize and Delivery of new joiner On-boarding and Orientation process.
2) Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities like entailing collection and verification of required documents as mentioned in offer letter.
3) Coordinating with IT dept. for creation of E-mail ID and work allocation by raising tickets.
4) Communication of policy guidelines, procedures and rules pertaining to employment processes, services and benefits by conducting presentations/meetings.
5) Providing feedback to the management whenever it is necessary to make the new baby settle down in the process/Company.
6) Responsible for processing employee Background verification check for new joiner.
7) Maintaining Employees Database (Both in Soft Form and Individual Files Management).
Exit Formalities:
1) Conducting Exit Interviews, finding out exact reasons for employee separation and initiating corrective actions if require.
2) Responsible for Exit formalities to ensure full and final settlement of the associates with the help of finance division and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee.
3) Issuing of experience and relieving letter and Closing the personnel file with complete documentation. And Maintaining and updating database of exit employees.
HR Operations and Employee Benefits:
1) Exposure of handling overall responsibility of HR functions and all its implication, administration.
2) Managing all correspondence related to confirmation of employees after probation period.
3) Coordination with other departments to ensure delivery of HR goals.

2) Employee connect activities like organizing in-house events, fun at work, get-together parties, team outings, recreational activities, Employee birthday and anniversary celebrations, cultural activities, team building games, skill improvement programs, health camps, Potluck lunch and Annual tournaments, etc.,
3) Regular interactions with the employees to understand and address employee concerns.
4) Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances, concerns and queries to upkeep employee morale and satisfaction and representing the same to the management if required.

Training & Development:

4) Identifying training needs from the appraisal forms and prepare a list of the training Programs.

Performance Management System:
1) Orientating team leads and team members about Performance Appraisal process.
2) Setting the stage and rolling out the process through HRIS tool.
3) If required defining KRA's (Key Result Areas) on Quarterly/yearly basis along with department heads.
4) Releasing appraisal/increment letters, Bonus calculations, other letters incase of other revised designation or incentives and confirmation letters to the employees.
5) Initiate and monitor PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for low performers.
Payroll Administration:
1) Implementation of payroll processes to ensure accurate & timely salary payment.
2) Updating - New Employee Additions, Deletions, Increments, Promotion details, Designation Changes, Salary Deductions, Holding Salaries. etc.,
3) Coordinating with finance Dept for preparing and filing the statutory record and compliance like PF, PT, ESI, and gratuity and if any advance payments.
4) Generating and issuing pay slips to the employees. Also, addressing pay-roll queries
Attendance & Leave Management:
1) Monitoring the employee attendance with the help of HRIS tool.
2) Tracking the leaves on a monthly basis, taking the queries on leave balances from employees.
3) Working closely with the HRIS team on the leave crediting part for every calendar year.
4) Checking attendance status, maintaining leave records and updating the same to the employees.
5) Working on the attendance and leave reports for payroll, any discrepancy in employee attendance getting the necessary information from respective manager and closing the query on priority.
6) If required taking exceptional approvals from management for employees who missed to regularize their attendance in emergency kind of situations from their end, work with finance team and support the employee by not getting any Loss of Pay.
Vendor Management & other Reports:
1) Hands on experience in preparing all sort of reports as per management requirement
2) Reports that related to employee head count.
3) Exit reports to senior and top level management for them for better understanding on the reason for exits, how we as an organization will do best to retain the employees.
