   Facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for a team of 12 developers, ensuring   

   adherence to Agile principles and fostering  continuous improvement. Managed Agile workflows and tracked sprint

   progress using JIRA, conducted backlog grooming sessions, and maintained sprint burndown charts to monitor team

   performance and project timelines.

   Project: Rexel, July 2021 – Ongoing, as Developer. Team count-12.

   Technologies: Flutter.

   The Rexel assortment for the electrical wholesaling also mobile always at hand. With the free Rexel Shop App on the   

   road and at the construction site on site access to over 200,000 electronic items. Especially convenient: search, order 

   and evaluate items via barcode scan and availability information in your branch office. Create favorites lists and save or

   share your shopping cart are other useful features, which is maintained by different countries. Aim to develop REXEL 

   application for more than 10+ countries and in different languages.

   Project: Exam Works, worked as Developer. Team count-2.

   Technologies: Android.

    It is a secure application for IME Physician consultant for cases, documents etc. This app is created with a vision where

    doctors and patients can communicate through this app. Doctors gives reviews on medical reports on various cases

    which are uploaded by patients. Currently we are optimizing the application.

• Spandana Sphoorty Private Limited,

   Project: finS, worked as Developer. Team count-3.

   Technologies: Android.

   Modules: Loan collection Module, HRMS, Crew. Designed the application architecture in a way to make the maximum

   code reusable for mobile application, Responsible for the on-time quality delivery of the project, requirement gathering

   and estimation, Issue resolutions, Coding and bug fixing.

   Project: Officers Monitoring App, worked as Developer. Team count-1.

   Technologies: Android.

   Officers Monitoring App is aimed to monitor Social Welfare Officers working in sectors like Child Development and  

   Nutrition in rural areas, in their day-to-day activities.

   Sneha Fresh is a delivery app like Big Basket. It was created with a vision to bring raw meat like Chicken, Mutton and Fish

   to the customers from the comfort of their Home. Sneha Fresh is the consumer app whereas SF Store Manager and   

   Delivery Manager are for helping merchants with their accounts. I have worked in all the three of them and completed

   the project in 2 months.

   Project: Sneha Fresh Store Manager, worked as Developer. Team count-1.

   Technologies: Android.

   The store manager is required to manage and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the  

   store. Managers at Sneha Fresh make sure all the operations adhere to the guidelines set forth by Sneha Fresh Offices. 

   Managers participate in daily operations, set as banking, providing customer service.

   The delivery boy is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of meat products to predetermined customers on specific 

   routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery by providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

   Technologies: Android.

   Telangana Today application is developed to bring latest and authentic news about Telangana and on a variety of subjects

   like Business, Technology, Sports, HealthCare...etc. The app is one of the most popular news aggregate apps in the Play

   Store with over 5000 downloads. This app has helped me to learn a few animations like sliders and few transitions

   between various fragments. The app was designed by me along with a colleague in one month.

   Lens pick is an eCommerce app aimed at selling Eyewear online. It was created under the vision of empowering the eye 

   wear style in India, shopping online for Sunglasses, Contact Lenses, Spectacles Frames. The app has over 1000 installs

   in the Play Store. Lens pick is the consumer app whereas Store Manager was designed to help the merchants with their

   inventories.
