ØReviewing journal entries, performing management fee calculations, and NAV calculations, etc.

Ø Preparing and finalizing Credit facility tracker schedule, recording credit facility entries and preparing utilization, rollover and repayment notices relating to Credit facility.

Ø Reviewing of Quarterly PCAP’s and ILPA’s statements releasing to respective Investors.

ØHandling capital call and distribution transactions.

Ø Quarterly Financial Reporting and preparation of Financial Workbooks for every quarter.

Ø Assisting client in period end fund Audit and handling Ad-hoc requests received from client and ensuring timely delivery.

Ø Liaising with Onshore team, Clients and Auditors on various requirements and ensured all supports are provided to the auditors to get the financials approved on the agreed timeline.

Ø Actively involved and handled migration of PE funds from onshore team and ensured SLA targets are met.

• Preparation of Accrual Schedules, Daily Cash Booking including Capital Calls, Management fee Calculation, NAV Calculation, PCAPS/CAS Generation, ILPA Report Generation, Preparation Of Quarterly Financials, Computation IRR & ROR, Preparation of Audit Confirmations, etc.
• Preparing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics.
• Reviewing and/or calculating carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
• Preparing calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalisations.
• Coordinating and/or processing payments and other transactions.
• Acting as a primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants.

• Preparing financial statements for every quarter for Master fund and Feeder Fund.
• Preparing Cash book and Journal entries on daily basis and saving down the Funding Memos provided by client and uploading into yardi.
• Preparing capital call workbook, Flow of Funds and Management Fee and generating Notices through mail merge whenever there is cap call.
• Calculating Trueup Values for Capital calls and sub close Interest based on Equalization levy for subsequent closes.
• Preparing Accrual Entries for Every quarter.
• Preparing ILPA Templates, whenever there is capital call and at every quarter end.
• Preparing QDIF Templates at Quarter end.
• Preparing Commitment templates when there is any new investor into the fund.
• Preparing Investor ledger Templates and uploading into Yardi.
• Generating and Reviewing Pcap.
