Description: - SA&DP team responsible for data management policies for Support Analytics and Data Platform.These policies are aligned with TriP and other relevant organizations (e.g. M365) that provide guidance and requirements for support data. To Access this data for the users, maintained Security groups. This user’s data is maintained in SQL Server. I have been working on this project since June 2021 and had hands on experience on multiple tools and online tools like SQL Server and Power Bi.
Responsibilities:
⮚ I worked as an Analyst and developer for Power BI reports.
⮚ Improving the performance of the existing reports by including/excluding the required parameters.
⮚ Based on SQL, the queries are constructed to source the data for Power BI reports and see that development is on track.
⮚ Enhancements of the reports even after the development as per the requirements for the business to see more data at once in the good performance level.
Project: UDP GetHelp Migration

Description: - GetHelp provides a consolidated view of key metrics for the Customer and Field Advocacy Organization to track case volume across different Time Zones and Teams. It reports high-level GetHelp data by Cloud Product, Date, Case Status, Sub-status, Aging, Category, and Priority, and offers remarkable graphical and tabular visualizations to help regional leads make informed decisions. This one-stop solution eliminates the need to access data from various sources and in different Excel files. I have been working on this project since July 2023 and had hands on experience on multiple tools and online tools like SQL Server and Power Bi.
Responsibilities:
⮚ Ingested raw data into synapse workspace from different sources like SQL DB and Excel.
⮚ Transform data is happening in Synapse Platform with the help of notebook creation.
⮚ I worked as an Analyst and developer for Power BI reports.
