In this role, I managed Amazon’s payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments, while leading efforts to improve Anytime Pay recovery. I implemented systems that significantly reduced errors, enhanced compliance, and streamlined processes to ensure an increase in recovery.
I have been part of the Anytime Pay project since the transition and started handling all the daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations successfully in a short time.
During the year-end of 2020, I handled an escalation related to estimated taxes of approximately $0.3 million and was able to resolve it successfully. Later, I streamlined the process, which allowed for a smooth completion of the year-end closing in 2021.
