- Sales KPI Designing: Ideated and designed major sales KPIs for the VP of sales and their teams to track on a daily basis. Such KPIs included operational KPIs, efficiency KPIs, revenue related KPIs, lead conversion KPIs and, prospect related KPIs
- Dashboarding in Tableau: Created, scaled and, maintained the entire reporting layer for sales team in Tableau. Key reports that were built over time were Sales Revenue Attributed Dashboard which covered the overall sales generated and that attributed by the sales team, sales conversion funnel dashboard (which covered the entire funnel from lead generation to conversion using), sales assignment dashboard for reporting lead assignment and conversion, sales team efficiency reports (which covered the entire sales operations and BDE performance). These Tableau dashboards democratized the sales data for the entire organization.
- Sales Revenue Attribution Mechanism: Designed revenue attribution mechanism to sales which significantly improved sales attributed revenue from 40-45% to 60-65% while keeping the sales force motivated and, worked on media streaming integration to ease out and boost sales functionality
- CRM tool Migration: Acted as the sole data and analytics POC and collaborated with various other teams for seamless CRM tool migration from Odoo to Leadsquared for the sales team. Built an extensive data road map on the pre-requisites needed for the migration and extended complete support to Leadsquared team in terms of ideating and building the right set of reports on Leadsquared platform that would be helpful for the sales leaders and revamped all existing Tableau reports with Leadsquared data
- Identifying and tracking BDE Talk time Fudging: Helped the VP of sales vertical in identifying business development executives who were clocking fake talk time to complete daily thresholds which in turn would earn them incentives. Worked with individual teams within sales verticals in analyzing talk time data of last 1 year. Created business rules to build thresholds and identify patterns in data which would flag talk time fudging. Performed data cleaning, extraction, and optimization by developing SQL Queries for analysis, and created interactive visuals in Tableau. Created a holistic interactive dashboard in Tableau which would help various levels of management within sales team to Leading the entire team in cleaning and optimizing 250+ tableau dashboards in tableau server as a tableau admin such business development executives. This project helped in optimizing the sales incentives by a sharp 18% thereby saving cost to company
- Tableau Dashboard Optimization: Leading the entire team in cleaning and optimizing 250+ tableau dashboards in tableau server as a tableau admin. Created a complete Dashboard maintenance structure for the entire org's tableau server which involved dashboard clean up from 250+ dashboards to 150 dashboards in total across different verticals ensuring reduced data extraction time and server load. Optimized data heavy reports which had data sources in live connection by incorporating parameters in the dashboard as a user input and plugging the same in the Custom SQL query. This helped reduce dashboard load time by more than 3-4 minutes. Migrated from custom SQL queries to power the backend to base tables.
