• Supported Key Risk Indicator (KRI) remediation project for a leading private sector bank, driving risk framework enhancements and closure of regulatory audit observations.

Project 3 : Cybersecurity & Risk Engagement – Leading Life Insurance Company

• Supported internal audit readiness by coordinating with stakeholders, collecting ISO 27001–based evidence including branch-level assessments of controls and processes and conducting information security policy/document reviews in line with IRDAI guidelines.
• Assisted in Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment (CSMA) based on the NIST CSF framework
• Designed interactive Power BI dashboards, Excel trackers, and presentations to streamline management reporting and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Executed organization-wide security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations, quizzes, and awareness posters, to strengthen employee cyber hygiene.

• Conducted network security assessment, including evaluation of network infrastructure, web proxy, and email gateway, identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening organizational security controls.

Project 6 Cybersecurity & Data Migration Assessment – Leading Regional South Indian Bank

• Conducted cybersecurity assessment for the amalgamated entity resulting from the merger of four regional banks, and performed data migration audit to ensure integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Performed regulatory compliance audits on tokenisation frameworks for a leading global payment solutions provider covering issuing banks, payment aggregators, and merchants, ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines.
