To able to create an environment for a teacher and learner where learning is not limited by time or age. To facilitate a safe sanctuary of learning thus resulting in a more skilled individual.

My journey as an educator started in June 2008. I have been an educator for more than 1 decade. This period of an educator saw me donning the roles of a teacher, choreographer, drama director, counselor, event manager, life skills teacher, etc. After being recognized for successfully wearing these multiple hats for several years, I went on to become an administrator where I started to look at operational aspects of the schools such as – recruitment, curriculum preparation, assessment process , time tabling the classes , making SOPS for recruitment, staff and student improvement programmes, making budgets, implementation of budgets, conceptualizing events- annual day , annual ,term, monthly, admissions –creating opportunities for the school to increase visibility through community engagement programmes, to increase the social media visibility ,to supervise/conduct the PTM/SMC, to implement CBSE listed mandates/events, introduced employee engagement / enrichment programmes, brought down operational cost by ensuring less wastage and proper utilization of resources- physical and e resources, to audit the school assets, conducting competitive exams- JEE ,NEET….. My ability to work in a team enabled me to play a lead and a significant role in everything I do. My problem solving skill and negotiation skills have been aides in successfully completing all the responsibilities .The empathy I show in dealing with difficult partners has been acknowledged several of times……

• Planned, implemented and monitored the academic and non-academic programmes.

• Brought the operational cost by less than 25% for annual day by carefully identifying genuine vendors, addressed the areas of wastage.
