• Validating vendor quotes and negotiating for payment terms revision.
• Resourcing, ensuring proper information and purchase plan.
• PO Processing, and further communications with Finance team on the payment side by side.
• Critical escalations to handle (Resourcing, Freight plan etc.)
• Keeping the team apprised on the project status, and the sharing the same over an excel sheet to the Sales Manager and Key accounts weekly.
• Projects with issues to be listed and shared with solutions in hand and discussing the same with H.O.O for smart resolution.
• Warehouse liaising, QC check, and if not satisfied with the report, then getting the clarification from Warehouse, or vendor accordingly before the ship out.
• The shipping plan should be in hand before the readiness of the material, with alternate options as well.
• Coordination with warehouse for various transactions like by SEA, AIR, Courier, ROAD etc.
• Shipment tracking and alerting the internal departments through a system with proper documents. (Invoice, Waybill, Packing list, COO etc.)
• Checking better freight options.
• Investigate and provide feasible solutions for the issues raised by client post-delivery.
• Work closely with H.O.O and team members.
• Induction and training for the newly joined employees.
