• Hands-on experience in Prism analytics in the creation of base datasets/tables, derived datasets, published datasets, unions, joins, managed fields, Prism calculated fields, and Prism expression language.
• Worked on Data Change Tasks (DCT), tables and their operations like insert, truncate, update, upsert, and delete. Also, experienced in scheduling and SFTP configurations.
• Worked as an individual contributor for Prism Analytics and implemented the following three use cases from scratch, including design and deployments: CSOD: Mandatory E-Learning, Headcount Evolution, NAC FTE, TA Candidate NPS, HR Integrated KPIs.
• Created dashboard called people slide with multiple metrics such as Gender and Generation diversity, Attrition, and Headcount Evolution.
• Also, good hands-on experience in Discovery boards.
• Worked as an individual contributor for the integration project called Saviynt. This project is to provide organizational HR data from Workday to Saviynt through RaaS API for full load and incremental data.
• Resolved various complex issues around the triage of Workday, ServiceNow, and Azure Active Directory related to IT Onboardings. Workday account creation.
• Improved new integration monitoring tool to automate the monitoring process
• Development, maintenance, testing, and deployment of new and existing integration processes.
• Took ownership of incoming service requests/incidents/change requests via the ticketing system, interacting with the requester, and acting as the technical owner for any issues related to work that is done to fulfill the request.
• Expertise in developing payroll interfaces using PICOF, PECI with the help of Workday Studio and Document Transformation to meet clients' complex payroll requirements.
• Responsible for various administrative activities, such as Tenant Strategy, NSC case management, and conducting various agile ceremonies.

Workday@IBM is IBM's transformation program that consolidates HR processes globally. This is a multi-year project aimed at replacing legacy processes and systems across IBM.
