• Project closeout: site measurements for billing purposes, subcontractor payment settling, preparation of JMS, client site verification, and snag rectification.

• Site survey, preparation of drawings in CAD, cross-verification of drawings to prepare the base layout, and coordination with the client and landlord for base layout finalization.
• Quantity estimation and quantity take-off from CAD drawings, preparation of IGFC quantity, preparation of project schedule, and manpower allocation chart.
• DPR and schedule updates, material tracker for long lead items.
• Attending kickoff meetings with clients/consultants, and conducting consultant inspections at the site.
• JMS preparation and on-site measurement with the client for bill approval, billing on client websites.

Client- DEWA, Dubai Airports

• Managed various site works as a site coordinator and worked with various authorities, like DEWA, Dubai Airports, RTA, etc.
• Created comprehensive BOQ documents for competitive bids on new interior works in Dubai airports and DEWA.
• Material quantity takeoff, project scheduling, site mobilization, site execution, preparation of the material tracker for the interior fit-out project, and refurbishment works.
• Coordination of kickoff meetings with various clients, and consultant inspections at the site.
• Insisting on safety procedures and practices, including conducting daily toolbox talks, ensuring safety measures during work execution, etc.
• Coordination with the client and consultant for project closeout, joint measurements, and snag identification.
• Coordination of various site activities and checking the material consumption on weekly basis.

• Supervised and monitored project subcontractors and labor force.
• Conducted site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Planning daily work activities and posting DPR, and work updates as per DPR. Escalation of delayed activities.
